Kevin Garnett
The Big Ticket might just be the best two way player to ever run the power forward position. One of the biggest ‘what ifs’ in NBA history is, “What if Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan switched starts?” There are a lot of people who believe Garnett was the superior talent and would’ve been just as successful with the Spurs in reversed roles.
Garnett is one of only four players in history to win a MVP award and Defensive Player of the Year award. (The other three; Michael Jordan, Hakeem Olajuwon, and David Robinson).
He is also one of only three players to reside in the top 50 all time for points, rebounds, and assists. (The other two; Larry Bird and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.)
Safe to say Garnett was a unique talent, a rare combination of size, speed, and strength.
Garnett comes in front of fellow power forwards; Bob Pettit, Dirk Nowitzki, and Kevin Mchale.
